Advise on process improvement and HR business process analytics
Perform deep-dive analysis of HR datasets (queries, interactions, transactions, content)
Identify trends, patterns, and drivers of process performance
Translate insights into clear business recommendations and presentations
Analyse employee feedback, surveys, and sentiment data
Support decision-making through structured insights and reporting
Work with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, etc.)
Improve data collection, reduce manual work, and leverage automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value
Czego chętnie szukamy
3+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or process excellence
Proven experience in process optimisation within complex organisations
Strong data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, metrics)
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, ownership-driven, and improvement-oriented mindset
Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools
Certifications (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PRINCE2)
Experience in HR, shared services, or outsourcing
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL or workflow platforms
