Twój zakres obowiązków - Sales Operations: - ▪️Ensure end-to-end application of the Lead-to-Cash process - the entire sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment, including coordination with Marketing on lead generation campaigns; - ▪️Oversee the order management processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up; - ▪️Guarantee sales process integrity by ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems; define and maintain clear guidelines on usage; - ▪️Act as a key operational support for Sales collaborative tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn, Chat groups, etc.) and ensure reporting on orders and opportunities for effective usage of CRM and collaboration platforms, as well as clear communication and performance reporting across stakeholders; - ▪️Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and proactively propose process improvements to enhance productivity, transparency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Sales Operations:

  • ▪️Guarantee sales process integrity by ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems; define and maintain clear guidelines on usage;

  • ▪️Act as a key operational support for Sales collaborative tools (e.g. Salesforce, LinkedIn, Chat groups, etc.) and ensure reporting on orders and opportunities for effective usage of CRM and collaboration platforms, as well as clear communication and performance reporting across stakeholders;

  • ▪️Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and proactively propose process improvements to enhance productivity, transparency, and operational effectiveness.

  • Offer Process Management:

  • ▪️Coordinate the end-to-end offer and bid management process for specific opportunities to ensure high-quality bid execution and compliance with the offer process; maintain standardised templates and repositories and propose improvements in the process.

  • Sales Enablement:

  • ▪️Facilitate and maintain onboarding programmes for new Sales team members; support sales training programmes and initiatives in collaboration with HR and Sales leadership;

  • ▪️Act as a cross-functional liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and resolve operational and workflow-related issues; communicate with IT on requirements for system tools;

  • ▪️Ensure that the Sales knowledge database and enablement materials, including documentation, templates, presentations and best practices, are up to date and easily accessible;

  • ▪️Support internal communication, transparency and engagement initiatives by sharing Sales successes, communicating updates, new processes, programmes and tools as well as contributing to the organisation of sales events and enablement activities across the business.

Czego chętnie szukamy

  • Bachelor’s Degree;

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or similar roles;

  • Experience in process improvement, lead management, and sales pipeline analysis;

  • Experience in bid management processes;

  • Experience in working in a cross-functional environment;

  • Advanced expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other collaborative tools;

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) - minimum C1 level;

  • Strong customer-oriented and analytical mindset, with the ability to understand sales processes and Sales team dynamics, generate actionable insights from data, and effectively support decision-making and customer experience improvements;

  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, combined with a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and driving continuous process optimisation;

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills in dynamic environments while maintaining focus on priorities and business objectives.

  • Proficiency in additional languages such as German is a plus.
