The RMG Analyst is responsible for generating high‑quality insights and analyses to support pricing, promotions, portfolio, and trade investment decisions. The role combines strong analytical rigour with commercial understanding to identify opportunities, support execution, and ensure continuous improvement in revenue and margin performance.

Czy do nas pasujesz?

  • 2-5+ years of experience in analytics, commercial finance, revenue management, or consulting

  • excellent written and verbal English

  • strong analytical skills (financial modelling, data analysis, insight generation)

  • commercial mindset with curiosity about consumer, customer, and market dynamics

  • ability to structure problems and communicate insights clearly

  • ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

  • delivering robust analyses on pricing, promotions, customer and product mix, and trade terms

  • identifying revenue and margin improvement opportunities using internal and external data

  • supporting scenario modelling and value estimation for RMG initiatives

  • monitoring RMG initiatives and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • supporting value tracking and P&L landing through standard RMG tools and reporting

  • contributing to SP/AP cycles with fact‑based insights

  • translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for commercial teams

  • preparing decision materials for RMG forums, management reviews, and leadership discussions

  • identifying opportunities to improve analytical processes, data quality, and automation
