Twój zakres obowiązków - Act as the sole QA/QC responsible person during the project development phase - Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System and project quality plans - Ensure quality requirements are incorporated into tendering, contract placement, design, engineering, and procurement activities - Serve as the main focal point for all project quality matters, covering both process and technical quality aspects - Promote quality awareness and a strong quality culture across the project - Lead and manage the Project Quality Team during execution and construction phases - Establish and oversee quality processes, inspections, audits, testing, and non-conformance management during construction - Ensure suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors comply with project quality requirements - Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, EPCI, Construction, and Asset Management teams to achieve project quality objectives - Ensure compliance with Employer Requirements, contractual obligations, applicable regulations, and industry standards - Support project handover by ensuring completion of quality documentation, records, and certification Wymagania - BSc, MSc, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline - Minimum 5 years of experience in Offshore Wind - Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management - Experience across project development, engineering, procurement, and construction phases - Strong knowledge of…
