Project Manager for Strategic Business Models (UNIQA Group)

  • Developing future business models: analyzing industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to propose and implement redesigned structures and tracking financial impact

  • Financial modelling and valuation of new business models: analyzing markets, competitors, and revenue pools to quantify growth and investment potential

  • Performance management of independent distribution channels: assessing profitability and efficiency of broker, aggregators and 3rd party networks

  • Supporting strategic decisions and data-driven analyses: using market and financial data to size opportunities and market potentials, and to support M&A cases and strategic decisions

  • Coordination of initiatives across functions and geographies: working primarily with senior stakeholders and closely coordination with internal teams (e.g. finance, legal, compliance) to align initiatives and support international growth

  • Independent management of cross-functional, strategically relevant projects

Czego chętnie szukamy

  • Excellent degree from a leading university or business school

  • At least Bachelor Degree in Business or a comparable field of study

  • Proven experience in financial services, insurance or fintech with exposure to distribution, strategy, corporate development or partnerships

  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including valuation, market sizing and business-case development

  • Strong skills in stakeholder and relationship management, collaborating effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (finance, legal, compliance, operations)

  • Ability to operate in standalone, fast-paced, international environments, driving initiatives with limited structure

  • Strategic and structured thinker, able to turn complex information into actionable business and M&A insights and strategies

  • Proactive ownership-driven mindset, thriving in ambiguity and driving impact across diverse geographies and functions

  • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, ownership and initiative

  • High level of commitment and independence, as well as self-motivation for further development

  • Ability to recognize complex relationships and present them in a simplified manner

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and PowerBI

  • Fluent English skills
