LOCATION: Poland, Poznań - min. 1 day a week in the office
B2B PLN 90 - 110 / Hour 💰

Do you fit?
Solid experience as Project Manager, Line Manager or Team Leader
Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management
Ability to lead by example, inspire and motivate your team
Experience in the IT industry
Full professional proficiency in English and Polish
Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań)

Managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Managing project timelines, scope, and budget
Risk management
Providing Agile leadership and expertise
Supporting clients in decision-making
Implementing project management best practices
Ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality services for clients
Maximizing client satisfaction
Maintaining project administration and documentation
Building and staffing project teams
Coordinating sourcing and recruitment needs
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
Supporting and coordinating team members' professional development
Conducting team performance evaluations
