About the role

Project Manager (in-house)

When Sales closes a new client, Delivery completes an onboarding, Developers build out the platform, and Customer Success brings in new feature requests, someone needs to tie it all together into one cohesive plan.

And that’s where you come in.

You'll work closely with the whole team - setting priorities, planning workflows, and making decisions that directly shape how we deliver projects and evolve our AI platform. If a call needs to be made, you make it. If a better idea comes along, you run with it.

Do you fit?

Have at least 1.5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
Can independently plan workflows, prioritize effectively, and make confident decisions.
Know how to estimate tasks and build long-term plans.
Are highly organized (both for yourself and your team) and keep projects running smoothly.
Can bridge the gap between business and tech, seamlessly translating requirements between the two.
Communicate clearly and directly, taking full ownership of your commitments.
Spot risks early, react proactively, and follow through on every task to the finish line.
Are passionate about AI and tech, with a genuine desire to understand the product you work on.
Enjoy working closely with people and seeing the direct impact of your work on how the company runs.

What you'll own

Planning Delivery team workflows, managing the backlog, sprints, and priorities.
Estimating tasks, planning team velocity, and ensuring efficient time management.
Collaborating with Sales & Success teams on planning new implementations, demo environments, and expanding solutions for existing clients.
Coordinating with Developers to plan platform updates and new features.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and taking proactive action before issues arise.
Testing new features and conducting final QA sign-offs before client delivery.
Working closely with the COO to align operations with the company's business goals.
Ensuring timely, efficient, and profitable project execution.
Have at least 1.5 years of experience in project management or coordination.
