CONTENT MARKETING SPECIALIST
INDUSTRY: Blockchain/Web3, B2B Tech
B2B: PLN 60 - 80 / Hour
LOCATION: POZNAŃ, POLAND (hybrid)
START DATE: FROM AUGUST 2026
We work in a hybrid model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the value of in-office collaboration. This role involves a stronger on-site presence to support teamwork, communication, and close cooperation with stakeholders.

Build and maintain a quarterly content plan tied to business and pipeline goals
Define content priorities based on analytics, search data, and competitive research
Establish measurement frameworks, track performance, identify what works, and document learnings
Create high-quality B2B tech content across formats, including blog articles, LinkedIn posts, case studies, and website content
Produce YouTube content end-to-end — script, film, and edit both long-form videos and Shorts
Repurpose core content into multiple assets tailored to different channels and formats
Ensure discoverability of content through keyword research, basic on-page SEO, and content optimization
Independently make editorial and distribution decisions, escalating only significant strategic changes
Work directly with clients on case studies and coordinate interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs)
Manage the content calendar and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and company-owned channels
Prepare briefs and provide actionable feedback to designers and video editors
Experience building and executing content strategies from scratch
Ability to connect content decisions to business outcomes such as pipeline generation, traffic growth, and brand awareness
Strong analytical mindset with experience conducting content audits and presenting recommendations independently
Strong portfolio of B2B content demonstrating editorial judgment and a distinctive voice
Understanding of hooks, content structure, CTAs, and platform-specific communication styles
Ability to use AI tools effectively as accelerators while maintaining original ideas, structure, and voice
Hands-on experience filming and editing video content, including Shorts and basic long-form formats
Proven track record creating and publishing B2B or technology-focused YouTube content with measurable results
Deep understanding of Shorts as a distinct format, including retention mechanics, hooks, algorithm dynamics, and platform constraints
