Project Manager (Analytics&AI)

8+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years spent leading enterprise data, analytics, BI, AI, digital transformation or ERP-related initiatives.

Demonstrated track record of managing international, cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Solid grasp of the analytics delivery lifecycle, covering business requirements and data sourcing all the way through data modeling, reporting, testing, deployment and operational handover.

Experience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud technologies, data warehouses and modern analytics ecosystems.

Hands-on knowledge of technologies and platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI.

Practical understanding of enterprise ERP and CRM ecosystems, with SAP and Salesforce preferred.

Extensive experience managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.

Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including working with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams and external partners.

Experience delivering using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience setting up project governance and project reporting, preferably with Azure DevOps.

Strong negotiation, facilitation, presentation and conflict-resolution skills.

Take end-to-end ownership of delivering analytics, BI, data management, reporting and AI-related projects.

Keep project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks and issues under control.

Set up project governance, delivery frameworks, reporting mechanisms and communication plans.

Bring together multidisciplinary teams made up of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Architects, Snowflake Developers, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Developers, AI Engineers, ERP specialists and external vendors.

Partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams to make sure project objectives match business priorities.

Run project workshops, steering committees, status meetings and executive-level reporting.

Handle resource planning, milestones, project budgets and delivery dependencies.

Spot project risks, issues and delivery obstacles and take steps to reduce them.

Push change management and drive business adoption of the solutions delivered.

Make sure governance processes, security standards and project management best practices are followed.

Look after relationships with external vendors and delivery partners.

Keep project documentation up to date, covering project plans, decision logs and RAID registers.
