The Program Controlling Manager takes care of financial steering, reporting and performance tracking for customer programs. Acting as a business partner to program management, the role supports cost control, profitability analysis and risk evaluation across the whole program lifecycle.

Do you fit?

  • Master's degree in finance, controlling, economics or engineering with a finance focus

  • Several years of experience in program or project controlling, ideally within the automotive sector

  • In depth knowledge of financial analysis, costing and budgeting techniques

  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowledge would be a plus

  • Highly analytical with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to perform under time pressure

  • Fluent English; additional Central European language skills would be welcomed

What you'll own

  • Compile and combine program financial reporting covering budgets, forecasts and actual figures

  • Track program margins, cash flow and cost deviations and recommend corrective measures

  • Contribute to target price definition, investment proposals and business case calculations

  • Assess program risks and opportunities from a financial standpoint

  • Maintain adherence to internal controlling procedures and reporting standards

  • Communicate program financial performance to management and customer representatives
