Do you fit?
University degree, preferably in economics, finance, or accounting
Three to five years of experience in general ledger and statutory accounting
Fluency in written and spoken English
Good communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner to operations
High integrity and the ability to work effectively across cultures
Sound judgment in situations where accounting substance and form need to be carefully assessed
Collaborative approach and ability to contribute as a team member
What you'll own
Take ownership of Global Business Services Record to Report processes from data collection through posting initiation and reporting for general ledger, statutory accounting and reporting, and entity planning
Take ownership of the relevant Financial Planning and Analysis processes
Prepare draft International Financial Reporting Standards and statutory reporting on time and in line with applicable standards and local accounting legislation
Assist process improvement initiatives and the transformation agenda in partnership with business partners
Keep detailed transactional documentation maintained and aligned with corporate and local accounting requirements
Carry out internal controls and document all related evidence
Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager
