The Engineering Knowledge Manager organizes, circulates and preserves technical knowledge among engineering teams. The role builds processes and tools to record lessons learned, encourage re-use of existing solutions and support the growth of engineering expertise.

Do you fit?

  • Degree in engineering, information management or a related discipline

  • Experience in knowledge management, technical documentation or engineering project work

  • Familiarity with engineering processes in a manufacturing or automotive environment

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complex information structures

  • Good interpersonal skills for engaging with technical experts across different functions

  • Fluent English; additional Central European language skills would be an asset

What you'll own

  • Establish and roll out knowledge management processes and standards for engineering functions

  • Gather, structure and keep up technical documentation, lessons learned and proven practices

  • Create and maintain knowledge platforms, repositories and communities of practice

  • Help engineering teams make use of solutions that already exist and prevent redundant development

  • Promote awareness and deliver training on knowledge management methods and tools

  • Report on knowledge management metrics and refine the approach on an ongoing basis
