The Product Owner for InPost Pay is responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap for the company's payment solution, working closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to maximize user value and commercial impact.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments or e-commerce products
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management tools
Analytical skills with the ability to work with data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience writing and prioritizing product requirements and user stories
Fluency in English

Define and prioritize the product backlog for InPost Pay, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and manage sprint planning with delivery teams
Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data and market insights to inform product decisions
Collaborate with design, engineering, risk and legal teams to deliver features on time and to quality standards
Monitor product performance, define KPIs and report on results to senior stakeholders
Support go-to-market activities and coordinate product launches with marketing and operations
