Our lean, remote-first team operates between Poznań (PL) and Berlin (DE), delivering creative, data-driven campaigns for brands such as Wikipedia, TF Bank, Gusti Leder, or Calibra, as well as a wide variety of companies across e-commerce, SaaS, services, and mobile apps. Digital Marketing Know-How: you have hands-on experience running performance campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads or LinkedIn, with a clear understanding of KPI's and want to develop in project management role.
Excellent Project Management Skills: your ability to navigate through various projects seamlessly sets you apart.
Client-Centric: You enjoy building long-term client relationships and know how to translate client goals into actionable plans for internal teams.
Agency-Savvy: You’re familiar with the fast-paced, multi-project rhythm of agency life and love working in a creative, collaborative environment.

Project Management Mastery: You'll define stakeholder needs, manage budgets, schedules, and client communication. You treat your clients' goals as your own!
Internal & External Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and our team of media buyers, creatives, and strategists to ensure clarity and alignment.
Performance Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and dashboards to evaluate results and inform decisions.
Support Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and business team to help shape client strategy and delivery processes.
Upsell & Grow Accounts: Identify opportunities to offer clients more value, new channels, new strategies, or expanded collaboration.
