Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data accurately.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
Enter financial transactions into the accounting system.
Assist in reconciling accounts payable accounts.
Maintain and organize AP documentation.
Support the finance team with data entry and filing tasks.
Respond to basic queries from vendors and internal staff.
