Proven experience in managing digital projects, such as websites, apps, or marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in English and/or Polish.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.

Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA engineers.
Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manage project documentation, reports, and post-project evaluations.
