About the role
A Legal Counsel role within Capgemini's UK&I Legal Client Operations team, providing practical commercial legal support focused on IT procurement and supplier-facing technology contracts. The position involves close collaboration with legal, procurement and business stakeholders across the UK, Poland and Spain.

Do you fit?
Master's degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience as a practising lawyer, either in private practice or in-house.
At least 3 years of regular experience with IT procurement or supplier-facing technology contracts.
Good contract drafting, review and legal project coordination skills.
Understanding of liability, IP, data protection, compliance and termination issues.
Clear professional English and strong stakeholder communication skills with practical commercial judgement.
What you'll own
Review, draft and negotiate NDAs, procurement, supplier, technology, partnership, alliance and reseller contracts.
Support software, resale, SaaS/cloud, IT services, subcontracting, outsourcing, supply and professional services arrangements.
Advise procurement and business stakeholders on supplier terms and legal/commercial risks.
Support supplier RFPs, sourcing processes and negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare contract drafts, mark-ups, amendments and internal review materials.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, template updates and process improvements.
