About the role
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Capgemini, you will join the Bid&Solution Team, responsible for controlling and maintaining the CRM system and supporting business development cost monitoring.
Do you fit?
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a comparable qualification.
Fluency in German and good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good analytical skills with a special affinity for numbers.
Ability to work independently with high quality standards.
What you'll own
Support business development cost control.
Control and maintain the CRM system.
Maintain the sales funnel, organize sales funnel meetings, and prepare sales forecasts.
Collaborate with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations.
Screen contractual documents.
Optimize tools supporting reporting and planning.
