What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with the right mindset. You might have worked in operations, customer service, office coordination, logistics, events - or something completely different. If you're the kind of person who likes to take responsibility, keep things organized, and solve problems as they come…
Must have:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluent Polish and good English (written and spoken)
Clear, assertive communication style across all channels
Willingness to work from our Warsaw office 3 days/week and visit production sites occasionally
We'll teach you, but it helps if you already have:
Previous experience in production, operations, customer service, logistics, or a related field
A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity and fast decision-making
