A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar subject.
A basic grasp of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of business workflows in Finance, HR, or Production areas.
Good skills in analyzing information and solving problems.
Effective communication and ability to work well in a team.
A readiness to learn and earn relevant Microsoft certifications.
Czym się zajmiesz
Help set up and install MS Dynamics 365 ERP modules (Finance, HR, or Production).
Offer initial support and fix problems for users experiencing ERP system issues.
Take part in moving data, testing, and writing documentation for ERP projects.
Work with senior consultants to understand business needs and turn them into system settings.
Run training sessions for users and write user guides for the solutions that are set up.
