Owning end‑to‑end delivery of tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple entities
Overseeing performance of external Managed Service Provider, ensuring KPIs, timelines and quality standards are met
Monitoring delivery, resolving issues and managing escalations
Reviewing and validating tax and financial data, including corporate income tax, deferred tax and reconciliations
Supporting audits and regulatory reviews
Acting as a key point of contact for the client in operational tax matters
Managing and developing a team of tax and statutory professionals
Driving process improvements, ensuring documentation and operational continuity
Czego chętnie szukamy
6–9 years of experience in tax, statutory accounting or finance in an international environment
Proven experience in team management or leadership
Strong understanding of accounting processes, tax reporting and data flows
Experience in SSC, BPO or outsourced delivery models
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Fluent English
ACCA or similar professional qualification
Experience working across multiple countries or regions
