Twój zakres obowiązków - Cooperation with the internal (global) department customer service and with external carriers in logistics matters – You will be a logistic services specialist - Analyzing existing processes and optimizing the supply chain with a total focus on our end consumers - Invoicing and controlling the carrier costs/credit notes are also one of your tasks - Organizing additional shipments and transports in the B2C segment - Being involved in the daily control of our external warehouse and the whole carrier supply chain in the outbound section – no parcel will leave our warehouse without your coordination - Clarifying delays and complaints in the areas of outbound and last-mile shipping completes your field Wymagania - Initial work experience in customer service, logistics/supply chain management or warehousing would be a bonus - Good knowledge of numbers – mental arithmetic is no problem for you - Very good knowledge of German (B2/C1) (spoken and written) - Occasional traveling to Munich or internally in Poland is not a problem for you Mile widziane - Good knowledge of English (B1) To oferujemy - 💻Hybrid or remote work model - Enjoy the flexibility to work either in a hybrid model -with 2 days per week in our Wrocław office (you choose the days) if you’re based locally - or fully remotely from anywhere in Poland. - ⏰Flexible start to your day - Flexible start times let you plan your working day in a way that fits your schedule.
