2 years of practical experience in personal data protection
Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and communicate them clearly
Attention to detail and comfort with working with documents
Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with AI tools
Fluent English (minimum C1 level) — mandatory
Responsibility, independence, initiative, and a team-oriented approach
Master’s degree in Law — required
Knowledge of the AI Act, NIS2, new technology law, or electronic services regulations
Interest in new technologies

As part of our team, you’ll support matters related to personal data protection across the international segment of the Benefit Systems Capital Group.
Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with members of the Legal Department and other teams across the Benefit Systems International (Company), particularly IT, both in Poland and in other countries within the international segment.
Your responsibilities will include drafting, updating, and reviewing regulations, policies, and other internal documents for the Company and the international segment.
You’ll also prepare information and consent clauses, data processing agreements, data transfer agreements, and other documentation related to personal data protection.
An important part of the role will be supporting the organization with data protection matters arising in ongoing projects, as well as participating in the evaluation of vendors from a personal data protection perspective.
You’ll contribute to personal data protection audits and support the preparation and completion of data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
The role also includes investigating personal data breaches and preparing the relevant documentation, as well as contributing to the development of training materials and supporting the delivery of data protection training sessions.
At the beginning, you won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. Our team will support you in learning the standards, processes, and work culture at the Company.
