We are looking for a Superhero, a Junior Client Service Agent, who will support our Client Experience Team fully remote (mandate contract). Your mission will be to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and assistance. Become a key player in delivering an unforgettable customer experience with us!

Czy do nas pasujesz?
good English, written and spoken (B2 is a minimum)
very good Polish (min. B2)
good communication and organizational skills
strong attention to detail and accuracy
having an interest in helping people, being a tactful and polite person
being a smart user of MS Office/Google Suite products
a collaborative team player
broadband connection or at least high-speed internet (this is a fully remote position)
internet connection must be good enough for video calls
based in Poland
Available for shifts: 12:00–20:00, 13:00–21:00, or 14:00–22:00, 15.00-23.00, weekdays and weekends
Availability at least 120 hours monthly
optional experience in customer service
