We're looking for a seasoned Procurement Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead category management and procurement strategy for non-technology services including HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations, Market Data, Payment Solutions, and Marketing.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you'll own tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) across IG Group, manage vendor relationships globally, and negotiate contracts to deliver cost savings and commercial value. Lead tactical and strategic procurement processes (RFQ, RFI, RFP) globally in accordance with IG Group sourcing policy
Develop and execute category management strategies for Indirect, Professional Services, and Marketing procurement categories
Leverage expertise to identify and deliver savings opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding agreed targets and pipelines
Create commercial capability and mindset across business units, sharing best commercial practices
Review, negotiate, and manage the commercial terms of vendor contracts globally in conjunction with Legal and Technical specialists
Act as independent subject matter expert for stakeholder inquiries on negotiation strategy, savings opportunities, and contract negotiations
Coordinate between Procurement Manager, Procurement Coordinator, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships delivering value-added services
Provide expert guidance on indirect procurement categories (non-Tech) including:
Professional Services (HR, Legal, Payroll, Recruitment, Finance, Operations)
Market Data and Payment Solutions
Marketing and MarTech solutions
Advise on centralized vs. decentralized delivery models and internal vs. outsourced approaches
Mentor colleagues on commercial negotiation techniques and savings identification
Track and report on procurement KPIs and SLAs, identifying additional improvement opportunities
Develop business cases demonstrating the value and impact of sourcing initiatives
Monitor market trends and emerging suppliers in indirect categories
Provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Communicate complex procurement topics in clear, accessible language for diverse audiences
Develop strong partnerships across business units, building credibility as procurement expert
