Your team
As HR Operations Team Leader, you'll lead a team of Senior Global HR Specialists. Together, you'll be responsible for delivering daily HR operations and cyclical HR projects across almost 17 countries globally. Your focus will be on great service delivery, continuous improvement, and keeping things simple — without sacrificing quality.
Manage and develop a team of HR Operations Senior Specialists, with a focus on continuous improvement, career growth, and building genuine capability
Plan and advocate for your team — manage workload, priorities, and coverage using our HR ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality, timely HR services within agreed SLAs
Oversee HR data entry and employee lifecycle transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage the preparation, signing, and distribution of HR letters and documents
Maintain accurate employee files in our online archive
Provide expert advice on HR processes and policies (HR employee queries only)
Lead and contribute to internal and external audits
Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, simplify operations, and improve the employee experience
Actively contribute to automation initiatives — we've grown automation and we're not stopping there
Provide recommendations based on HR trends where guidance gaps exist
Champion the client, learn fast together, raise the bar — in everything you do
5+ years in HR Operations, with proven experience leading HR teams — ideally in a global, fast-paced organisation
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes end-to-end
Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS, and an HR Case Management system (ideally ServiceNow)
Track record of delivering process and user experience improvements with measurable results
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 minimum)
Comfortable working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex issues — you figure things out and keep moving
Proactive, self-driven, and genuinely curious about learning new things
Experience with additional HR systems beyond Workday
Familiarity with APAC HR processes and labour law
Experience managing internal and external audits
