Manage end‑to‑end contract operations: gathering commitments, raising iSOWs/POs, coordinating with Procurement & Finance, and handling invoicing.
Monitor commitment thresholds, license/voucher allocations, usage tracking, reporting, and day‑to‑day contract administration.
Act as main contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients; handle communication, reporting, escalations, and issue resolution.
Ensure process compliance and documentation, support additional purchases, and continuously improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, problem‑solving, client management, and communication skills; deliver tickets on time (SAP SF Learning knowledge is a plus).

Use solid analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with 2–4 years of HR experience and a positive, team‑oriented mindset.
