Czy do nas pasujesz?

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
Several years of experience in a generalist or HR management role
Solid understanding of employment law and labor regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Comfort with HR information systems and standard office software
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Czym się zajmiesz

Create and keep up HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that align with legal requirements
Run the full recruitment process, covering job postings, interviews, candidate assessment, and offer preparation
Bring new employees on board and organize orientation programs to help them settle in smoothly
Handle payroll, benefits, and leave tracking together with the finance team
Address employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
Keep HR records accurate and deliver regular reports on headcount, turnover, and staffing metrics
