Location: Budapest, Hungary
Format: Hybrid (Client meetings + Remote days)
Combine hands-on sales with team management and mentorship.
Develop the team, assisting them with non-standard client requests and complex negotiations.
Manage the full sales cycle for key accounts, from first contact to closing.
Deliver professional product presentations and demos to high-potential clients.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets (KPIs).
Analyze Hungarian market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal sales processes.
3-4+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IT, or Tech background is a strong advantage).
Previous experience in mentoring or team management is a significant plus.
Proven ability to independently lead complex deals from lead to close.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and sales data analytics.
Hungarian speaker (C1) with confident English for internal collaboration.
Proactive, accountable, and highly structured professional.
