Has built high volume sending infrastructure, having operated dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across tools such as Smartlead or Instantly, and knows how to scale sending safely to 6 to 7 figures per month.
Writes copy that sounds like a person rather than a template.
Takes ownership of data and list building.
Approaches work through experiments, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and decisions driven by numbers.
