3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
deep functional SAP SuccessFactors expertise across multiple modules
strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and supporting technologies
understanding of digital products that integrate with SAP SuccessFactors
strong business understanding, operational excellence, analytical skills and hands-on mentality
fluent English
clear, thorough and timely verbal and written communication using appropriate and effective tools
strong mobilization and open-minded listening skills
strong process and project management skills
strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with Functional Owners
strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

acting as guardian of global design and protecting the integrity of solutions for Business as Usual and Projects
serveing as specialist and technical expert in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) design and configuration
analyzing business needs and role requirements and translating them into secure role designs
participating in testing cycles and conducts security audits
driving secure and maintainable improvements aligned with the global template and RBP best practices
implementing role concepts, processes and routines
ensuring compliance with HEINEKEN standards and GDPR
managing access for all SuccessFactors instances for non-dynamic role assignments
providing functional support for complex role-related incidents
acting as sparring partner for Functional Specialists on security-related topics
driving monthly SOP reviews and validating roles and RBP testing for incidents, changes and projects.
