Synerise is hiring a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to support customers as they build thriving businesses on top of Synerise.
Do you fit?
Proven experience in customer success, implementation, or client-facing project management, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms and their implementation processes
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to client challenges
