Do you fit?

Excellent command of written and spoken German, plus solid English skills
Prior background in a customer service or support position
Great people and communication abilities
Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing tools
A service-focused mindset with a talent for finding solutions
Capable of juggling several tasks under pressure

What you'll own

Responding to incoming customer questions in German and English through phone, email and chat
Placing orders, handling returns and managing service requests within the company's tools
Diagnosing problems with products and services and arranging fixes together with internal colleagues
Keeping customer data up to date and logging every interaction in the CRM
Contacting customers again afterwards to check that everything has been dealt with completely
Passing difficult cases on to more experienced specialists or technical teams
