Work 5 days a week on 8.5 hours shift (with 1 hour break). Schedule between Mon-Fri 7:00-19:00, Sat-Sun 9:00-18:00.
Available to work from our office in Warsaw for the first 6-9 months. After this time hybrid work 50%. We offer relocation package for the people outside of Warsaw.
Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
Advise partners on flights, products, online services, payment methods, membership programs etc.
Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
Support customers with travel difficulties.
Assist passengers via calls /chat and email.
Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
