Demonstrated experience in a controlling or business partnering role
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial modelling and reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software

Give financial analysis, reporting, and insights to business unit stakeholders
Back budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Put together and present financial performance reports to management
Look at variances between actual results and plans and suggest corrective actions
