You will be involved in a financial project focused on transformation to Google Cloud. As a Change Manager, you will own the change and release-related activities within the program, reporting to the Program Managers and acting as the single point of contact for coordinating business and technical change activities.

5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management
Hands-on experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects; this experience should be clearly described in the application
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
Experience in facilitating information sharing, including related requirements and activities
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written, combined with ownership, proactivity and a can-do attitude

Manage business process and technical changes within the program
Coordinate and facilitate changes required from application development teams
Manage change and release management processes in line with the bank's internal processes and guidelines
Act as the single point of contact for business and technical change-related activities
Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users
Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions
