The purpose of this job is to drive value delivery & operational excellence in Contract Management of Malt Packaging. Reduce COGS at the European Level and establish Supplier Relationship Management for key categories.
Delivery of cost savings and reduced COGS through professional contract management
Ensure security of supply for all HGP Malt Packaging materials across Europe
Robust Supplier Relationship Management governance designed & embedded- Positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) from key stakeholders
Required: University Master's Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline; Preferred: Procurement, Supply Chain related
Required: 1-3 years in Procurement, Supply chain or Finance roles; Preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience, Experience in Change Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment- Manages relationships with senior stakeholders on a strategic business partner level.
Strong leadership and people management skills to ensure the best delivery of the business solutions.
Ability to drive change & continuous improvement.
A Growth mindset and ability to create strategically aligned plans.
Sourcing, Supplier Performance Management, and knowledge of industry trends
Fluent English required – additional European languages an advantage
