In this role you will drive value delivery & operational excellence in Contract Management of HR & FS. You will be involved in reducing costs at the European Level and establishing Supplier Relationship Management for key categories.

  • Delivering of cost savings through professional contract management

  • Ensuring security of supply for all HR & Facility services across Europe

  • Building robust Supplier Relationship Management governance designed & embedded

  • Achieving Positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) from key stakeholders

  • Managing strategic supplier relationships at EU Region level, effectively managing escalations and supplier management.

  • Maintaining and continuously improving the relevant S2C process, driving cost-out, security of supply, clear process and fast decision making, compliancy and structured collaboration with all functional stakeholders.

  • Driving regional HR + FS procurement activities. Acting as the HR & FS procurement reference for HNV, OpCo’s and global/regional functional stakeholders.

  • Required: University Master's Degree in a business, financial, commercial, economic or technical discipline; Preferred: Procurement related

  • Required: 8 years in Procurement or Finance roles; Preferred: Consumer Goods and Shared Service Centre experience,

  • Experience in Change

  • Ability to operate with independence

  • Management transitions in a multi-cultural environment

  • Ability to drive change & continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder management at a senior level in a diverse context OpCo and Region

  • A Growth mindset and ability to create strategically aligned plans.

  • Flexibility to adjust priorities accordingly with business needs

  • Fluent English required – additional European languages an advantage

  • Project certification would be an advantage
