Maximizing project profitability and contributing to revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Positioning Espeo as a strategic partner by consistently delivering high-quality services and demonstrating industry expertise.
Supporting new business sales processes.
Managing and developing the delivery team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and growth.

Experience in the professional services industry,
Full professional proficiency in English and Polish,
Readiness for work on-site at least 20% working time (Poznań),
