The Business Analyst for NMS collects and examines business and data requirements, aids in system improvements, and serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Several years of working as a business analyst on technology or data-oriented projects
Skilled at eliciting and documenting requirements
Practical experience with data analysis, querying, and reporting tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies and testing practices
Outstanding abilities in stakeholder management and communication
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
What you'll own
Gather, document, and confirm business and functional requirements for NMS initiatives
Study processes and data flows to spot areas for improvement and automation
Produce business requirement documents, use cases, and user stories for development teams
Assist with user acceptance testing and arrange test scenarios together with stakeholders
Run workshops and maintain communication between business and technical teams
Keep track of project issues, risks, and changes while delivering status updates
