
Job Title: Banking Administration Specialist
Administer global eBanking platforms, including user access management, permissions setup, and periodic access reviews.
Perform regular audits of user access rights across banking platforms to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Manage the full bank account lifecycle: account openings, closures, mandate updates, and signatory changes.
Maintain and control the Bank Mandate Tracker and related governance documentation.
Cooperate directly with external banks regarding KYC requirements, mandates, regulatory documentation, and complex operational matters.
Prepare and review client money acknowledgement letters in line with FCA and BaFin regulations.
Ensure regulatory documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
Provide required documentation and support to internal and external audit teams.
Deliver monthly KPI reports and operational updates to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate internally with Local Financial Controllers, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and operational standards.
Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and banking partners.
Develop and continuously improve banking administration procedures and processes.
Build and maintain a strategic roadmap for banking governance and operational enhancements.
Identify risks and propose mitigation measures related to banking access, mandates, and regulatory compliance.
Support Treasury projects related to banking infrastructure and system implementations.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, mandates, and regulatory frameworks.
Experience with global eBanking platforms and access management controls.
Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FCA, BaFin).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong governance mindset.
