Support the design and development of Looker dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across the organisation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, effective visualisations
Maintain documentation and support training to help business users self-serve their data needs
Partner with analytics engineers to understand and make effective use of underlying data models

Someone with a keen interest in data visualisation and a desire to grow into a strong BI practitioner
Experience with any BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
A collaborative team player who enjoys working with stakeholders across HR, Product, and Marketing to understand their reporting needs
An analytical thinker who can translate business questions into clear visual stories
Someone organised and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks and deliver within short sprint cycles
A curious learner who is excited about new technologies, including AI-powered analytics and self-service tools
Good communication skills and a willingness to support less data-savvy colleagues
