You’ll join the Operational Excellence team, a group of experienced and highly committed professionals responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and operational performance of IN Groupe’s solutions. The team is composed of Operations Managers, Reporting Specialists, working together to maintain a stable, secure, and well-governed service environment.
The team has a strong focus on service quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making. Proven experience in IT or service operations management, with a strong focus on security, compliance, and service delivery
Solid technical understanding of penetration testing, segmentation testing, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery planning
Experience with capacity management, availability management, and problem resolution in complex environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, structured mindset
Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301) and the ITIL framework
