Build and maintain HR data products (e.g. employee datasets, workforce metrics)
Develop and optimize data pipelines and integrations
Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
Enable advanced analytics and self-service reporting
Improve data quality, automation, and real-time availability
Implement data governance, privacy, and GDPR standards
Collaborate across HR, IT, and Analytics teams
Drive continuous improvement of data architecture and tools
4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data product development
Strong skills in Python, SQL, Spark or similar
Experience with data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
Familiarity with data governance and privacy standards
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
