As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and a key connector inside our teams. You’ll build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and translate them into smart, actionable solutions delivered by multidisciplinary teams.
3-5+ years of experience for mid-roles, 8+ years of experience for senior roles in account management, client services, or a similar role, ideally within a digital, creative, or consulting environment.
Experience working on integrated marketing and communication campaigns, including collaboration with strategy, creative, media, and production.
A proven ability to manage and grow client relationships while delivering high-quality work.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Solid project management capabilities, with experience handling multiple workstreams at once.
A structured, problem-solving mindset supported by analytical thinking.
Good understanding of digital products, platforms, and creative processes.
Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and basic financial reporting.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
A proactive, curious attitude and a desire to keep improving how things are done.
Fluency in English (C1–C2) and Polish (B2).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in GTM and pitch processes is a strong plus.
Experience working with large international or Fortune 500 clients.
Certifications or formal training in account management, marketing, or project management.
Fluency in German (B2-C1).
