At least 5+ years of proven success in B2B enterprise services, preferably within the IT or software development sector.
Ability to collaborate closely with developers and translate complex technical roadmaps into business value.
Strong track record in closing upsell & cross sell deals, negotiating contracts, and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
Near-native command of English (min. C1) with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Proven ability to move beyond "delivery vendor" status to become a trusted business advisor.
Strong attention to detail regarding financial monitoring, reporting, and KPI achievement.
A self-driven, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and client relationship building.
A belief that “Impossible is nothing”.
