Innovation Program Manager

About the role

In the Innovation Program Manager role, you shape and push forward innovation efforts, from idea generation to rollout, linking technology, business, and outside partners to bring new value.

Responsibilities

   Set and run the innovation program roadmap and governance

2. 2

   Run idea generation workshops and assess innovation opportunities

3. 3

   Coordinate inside and outside partners, including startups and research bodies

4. 4

   Keep tabs on innovation projects, metrics, and outcomes

5. 5

   Handle resources and budgets set aside for innovation efforts

6. 6

   Champion an innovation mindset and share outcomes with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a similar discipline

• Background running innovation, R&D, or new product development programs

• Solid grasp of innovation methods such as design thinking or lean startup

• Outstanding project management and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Capable of working in a fast-moving setting with uncertainty

• English fluency
