Program Manager

About the role

In the Program Manager role, you steer cross-functional programs from launch to completion, aligning resources, schedules, and stakeholders to reach strategic goals on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

   Set program scope, objectives, and governance in line with strategic priorities

   Build and keep up program plans, schedules, and budgets

3. 3

   Coordinate work across several projects and cross-functional teams

4. 4

   Spot and handle program risks, dependencies, and issues

5. 5

   Share program status with senior stakeholders and steering groups

6. 6

   Make sure expected benefits are delivered and help improve program processes over time

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, or a similar discipline

• Demonstrated experience running complex, multi-project programs

• Solid grasp of project and program management methods (such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile)

• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with a results-focused mindset

• English fluency; extra languages are a plus
