About the role

As a Product Design Leader, you guide and nurture a team of designers, shaping the design vision and delivering high-quality, user-centered product experiences across the whole portfolio.

Responsibilities

   Guide, mentor, and develop a team of product designers

   Set and promote the design vision and strategy in step with product and business goals

3. 3

   Put in place and refine the design system and quality standards

   Oversee design delivery, staffing, and prioritization across multiple projects

5. 5

   Encourage collaboration among design, product, and engineering teams

6. 6

   Speak for design in leadership conversations and champion user needs

Requirements

• Multiple years of product design work with a demonstrated history of leading teams

• Strong portfolio showing both hands-on design and leadership impact

• In-depth grasp of user-centered design processes and tools

• Background in building and scaling design systems

• Outstanding communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management abilities

• English fluency
