The Specialist, Logistics Invoicing & Claims Operations is responsible for managing logistics invoicing processes and handling claims to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Experience in logistics, invoicing, or claims management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
What you'll own
Process and verify logistics invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Manage and resolve customer claims related to logistics and shipments.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to address billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of invoicing and claims activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prepare reports on invoicing and claims performance for management review.
